Daily Rain or Snow Form

This is the detailed form that should be submitted every day, even if no rain or snow has fallen.

Intense Rain Form

Use this form to report heavy rain that is occuring right now. If it has rained at least .5 inches in the last hour let us know right away. Your reports will be used to track storms across the area. Later, after the storm has ended, be sure to fill out the Daily Rain Form.

Detailed Hail Form

Submit this information after each hail storm ends. This form is very important so fill it out carefully. If you have filled out the quick form, be sure to fill out this form also as it contains more information. The data you submit will be used in storm research.

Quick Hail Form

Fill out a quick hail report that only asks for the most important information. This is intended to be filled out if the storm just started or if you have limited time. Be sure, however, to fill out the Detailed Hail Form as soon as possible.
