Strange cloud holes, Nashville, March 2003

I was driving to work about three weeks ago here in Nashville, TN, when I noticed two strange enormous "holes" in the clouds above. I rushed to get my video camera from my office and here is what I got. Strange huh? They were two perfectly round holes in the clouds with what looked like a wisp of cloud coming down through the center.
