".out" files are Palmer Index values with columns: Year, Month, Avg Temp, Avg Precip, Temp Departure, Precip Fraction, Palmer Index

".spi" files are Standardized Precipitation Indices with columns: Year, Month, 3 Month SPI, 6 Month SPI, 9 Month SPI, 12 Month SPI, 24 Month SPI, 48 Month SPI

New climatic division for Colorado chosen for calculation of local Palmer Index values. Names and additional divisional information are given in Table here.
